In the Change Management Application paper, I will diagnosis the need for change, and create a proposed action plan based on Kotter 8 Step Process.
Going into the new school year, teachers will have to readjust once again from teaching remotely, teaching hybrid and now in person. I work for a Career Technical Education program, we are a team of teachers that teach vocational classes in the Pomona School District. Right before the pandemic we had a change in Leadership, we have a new Program Administrator that really understands the need to have high quality teachers so our CTE program becomes high quality. For the past few months I have been working alongside Ms. Cardenas being trained to become her assistant as a Teacher Specialist.
