Essay: The Two Witnesses Assignment
Who are the two witnesses in Revelation 11? What is the frame of reference from which John calls them the two olive trees and the two lamp-stands before the Lord? What clues does the nature of their miraculous abilities give about their identity? During what part of the Tribulation do they prophesy? What are they allowed to be overcome by the Beast at the end of their 1260-day ministry? Does their resurrection and ascension to heaven have broader symbolic significance?
All four essays must conform to the following standards:

Journal Articles on Revelation related to the topic of the essay
Bible Dictionary Articles related to the topic of the essay.
These sources will be cited in Turabian-format footnotes and listed in a Turabian-formatted bibliography that is alphabetized by author’s last name.
The margins of the paper should be 1” on all sides.
The paragraphs should be double-spaced.
The font throughout the document should be Times New Roman 12 point.
The title of your essay should be on the first line of the first page.
