Assignment Details
The Equal Pay Act requires that men and women in the same workplace be given equal pay for equal work. The jobs need not be identical, but they must be substantially equal.
Describe a situation of sex discrimination based on equal pay in the workplace that you have witnessed or one that you have heard about in the news. How would you handle that situation if it happened to you?
