Topic: Chronic kidney disease

 The following critical elements must be addressed:

1. Selected Disease: Provide a brief overview of the disease you have selected.
2. Identify Resources: Identify three resources (journal articles, credible websites, etc.) related to your disease and summarize each resource.
3. Using Resources: Explain how you might utilize each of the identified resources in your disease brief.  

Cover the etiology of the disease, research the incidence and prevalence of the disease, explore treatment and prevention, and consider how the ecological model impacts this public health issue. 

Submission should be a Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and sources cited in APA format.
