14th Amendment and Citizenship Project 

In a Five paragraph Project answer these questions: Should immigrants be protected under the 14th Amendment? Should we create laws that aim to help immigrants to receive their citizenship in a less complicated way or should be used it to prevent them from coming to the U.S?

Make Sure you are including these topics:
-Describe the citizenship process and whether easy or hard to be a citizen

-Discuss how US laws such as the Chinese Exclusion Act and CA Prop 187 are made and how it affects immigrant groups such as the Chinese migrants and  Undocumented Latinos
