For week 5, Standard 4 and 5 information is located on the first page inside of that square of what I have attached. This will be 2 separate assignments. Standards 4 is one assignment and standard 5 is an assignment.

As far as writing your justification narrative you will write a one page narrative justifying what you have learned about Standard 4 and how you have learned it.  The narrative is only 3 paragraphs long. I have screenshot below the narrative template to help assist with the starting of each paragraph. The two artifacts that you will include are my Data Collection Project and my FBA Assignment. You will also find them attached below as well.  You can use the DCP Assignment for the 2nd paragraph and the FBA Assignment for the 3rd  paragraph.
