The purpose of the discussion board activity is to reflect the language skills and the use of nouns you have mastered this week. You are expected to create and post an internal draft memo. 

Background information

You work as a project manager and have received an email with some good news. Your project has been approved! Your task is to create a draft internal memo informing your team members to discuss the new project. 

1. You have to post one full paragraph that includes a minimum of 100 and no more than 150 words.

   Your draft memo must include:  

   • Header,
   • Purpose of the meeting, 
   • Time of the meeting, 
   • Expectations, division of roles for 3 team members, and
   • Further steps with a closure.  
     You can choose a new construction project, renovation,  event planning, new project creation/extension/launch, branding, marketing, sales, etc.
