Now that you have completed reading The Four Agreements, it’s time to reflect on the author’s ideas a bit more deeply. Ruiz calls the beliefs we have about ourselves “agreements” and says that until we become aware of our own agreements, we cannot possibly change (21). What are your personal agreements? Choose at least three to write about, explaining where and how you believe each of them started, how they are affecting your life now, and how you would want to change them moving forward.
