Refer to Cross’ model of racial identity development in chapter 9 of the text.  Create a fictitious client that is in one of the stages of racial identity development (pre-encounter, encounter, immersion-emersion, internalization, or internalization-commitment). Responses should be 500 words or longer. APA 7 style required for formatting and any references used.

1. Describe which stage of racial identity development is your client currently in.
2. Describe the events and experiences that helped for the client’s current stage of racial identity development.
