For this Assignment, you will review a case study (ATTACHED) of a conversation between a leader at the organization’s headquarters in the United States and an employee at a satellite location in Qatar. By the end of the conversation, the leader expresses the need to consult with an I/O psychology practitioner. You will assume the role of the practitioner for this Assignment.    Suppose you are the I/O psychologist in the case study. Write a 2- to 3-page paper which includes the following:
