Answer the following questions:

1. Do you believe that the assessment accurately reflect who you are? Why?

2. With what other type of personality are you most likely to have difficulties when working on a team?

3. What insights do you have about working with people who are of a different type than you?

Be sure to have a brief introduction to MBTI (make sure to use the scholarly reference). 

State the purpose of your talk.

Sum up what you have said in a concluding statement (make sure you use the knowledge of Management and Organizational Behaviour).
