1.Very interesting post! I have instituted change at several housing authorities. Changes from complete re-organization of staff with new position titles and responsibilities. Installing new computer systems for the first time in the authority. The lessons I learned were to take change slow. Provide information early and often. Respond quickly to rumors. Make sure your key players are onboard and give them some responsibility in the change process. Let everyone know that there will be no penalties for change, only improvements to operations and outcomes.

What were the long-term effects of the implementation of your new technology?

(The information to respond to the first post is win and win upload below)

2.  Win win situations can be beneficial for both parties. When both parties get what they want, it's hard to argue that it's a bad thing. However, there are times when the win is a short-term win for one side, and the long-term effects will hurt them, and they dont even realize it. Have you ever had a instance like that?
