I can relate to internal noises being an interference. They occur whenever I'm trying to get homework done or trying to study. I always end up thinking about something unrelated or made up situations in my head and lose track of time. It doesn't affect me too harshly though, I just take longer studying or doing homework every time it happens. (58 words)
