Product:  In order to better understand the conceptual and theoretical underpinnings of quality evaluation, students will develop three contemporary, “real-world” healthcare workplace service delivery scenarios in which the quality evaluation process would be appropriate.  Each written scenario will be 2 – 3 pages in length.
