Employer vaccine mandates are a "hot topic" in employment law. Many government entities and major corporations are requiring employees to be vaccinated or comply with rigorous testing requirements before returning to the workplace. This assignment will focus on legal considerations around this issue. 

Please research the issue of vaccine mandates (starting with the resources provided in Week 2) and draft a 3-5 page project addressing the following questions:

1. Can an employer mandate that employees are vaccinated for COVID-19?

2. What concerns should an employer have regarding compliance with the ADA? 

3. What reasons can an employee raise for refusing the vaccine?

4. In your informed opinion, are vaccine mandates an overreach by employers? Do they violate an employee's right to privacy? Why or why not?
