Follow the directions carefully and make sure to score your assessment as instructed.  Write a two-page summary about your findings in each of the six categories and make sure to report your scores in each category.  Describe the area in which you need the most improvement and actions that you can take to foster improvement.  Please make sure to double-space your summary.
