I am pursuing my MS (social and community services). I have worked for a non profit agency for many years and child abuse is a big deal within my community. Child abuse is the misuse of children due to their inability to defend themselves and their inferiority. Child abuse is mainly caused by the majority's action to molest the minority in age groups. There are several types of child abuse, including child sexual molestation, child battering, forced labor, and cases of forced marriages of the minority. The extent of child abuse is a global challenge, and it is alarming due to the rapid growth. Child molestation can also be indirectly subjected to guardians and people surrounding the minority.

This research aims to find out all forms of child abuse, establish the extent of minority abuse worldwide, and propose possible solutions s a humanitarian service providers (Mulder et al.,2018). Child abuse can cause life trauma to an innocent kid. For instance, kids suffering from sexual molestation may end up in trauma even in adulthood. The research is dedicated to finding an absolute solution to these illegal actions. Additionally, the study will identify different kinds of abuse and the affected children.

Child abuse is a continental problem identified as a global crisis under the 2017 act. The government records show that out of five children, two suffer from direct or indirect child abuse. This represents about 30 percent of the minority population (Mulder et al.,2018). The leading cause of child abuse is identified as parents' and guardians' recklessness to protect the minority, community ignorance, lack of predefined protection rights of the minority, and lack of punishment for the abusers. Social and community services have teamed up with authorities to review the minority rights, judgment process, and equal punishment for minority abusers. More cases of sexual molestation of underage girls have been reported. The abusers are adults close to the minority, the majority being family members, friends, and neighborhood occupants. It is essential to review the prosecution process, which takes a long before finding meaningful justice for the defiled (Paek et al., 2018). Often, the abusers involved in the actions, mainly sexual defilement, has several pending cases on the same issue. The law must stipulate an immediate remand for the culprits before being charged guilty.

The research is also expected to answer questions regarding child abuse and the current increase in such cases.

 The research questions include;

· Why should the world unite against child abuse?

· Why should child abuse be addressed as a global social problem?

· The effect of child abuse and related trauma on adult life.

· The cause of the increase in child abuse is mainly child labor and minority sexual molestation.

· How to protect children from abuse and neglect.

The data collection method to be used includes surveys on existing data, interviews, and secondary data analysis. Discussions will involve anonymous minorities who may have experienced child abuse, primarily sexual defilement, guardians to review how to protect their children's rights, and public humanitarian and social services offices to discuss the cause of the high rate of child abuse recently (Paek et al., 2018). Analysis of government-provided data and archival facts will also contribute to the data collection. Data collected will be grouped into the experimental, simulation, and derived for findings and conclusion.

As a social and community service expert, child abuse should be a global social problem. The negative impact on the minority and the damage to their mental health is uncompromised. There is urgency in dealing with the matter and providing a long-term solution. We need to team up and demonstrate against the minority abuse and adjust legislation on punishing law offenders.
