Develop a timeline of the salient (important/notable) events throughout history specific to Physical Education/Kinesiology/Sport. Grading will be based upon accuracy of facts/accurate dates/readability of timeline/graphics added for effect/resources (containing enough events to reflect the period).  You must have two other sources in addition to the textbook. Start with ancient Greece and Rome up to present.  You must include events in these periods:  

1) Ancient Greece and Rome (minimum 4 events)

2) Early Modern Europe Programs (minimum 6 events)

3)Physical Education and Sport in the US:

a) Colonial Period (minimum 4 events)

b) National Period (minimum 4 events)

c) Civil War Period to 1900 (minimum 4 events)

d) Early 20th Century (minimum 4 events)

e) World War I (minimum 4 events)

f) Golden Twenties (minimum 4 events)

g) Depression (minimum 4 events)

h) Mid-Twentieth Century (minimum 4 evens)

i) Recent 1970 to present (minimum 8 events)
