You are preparing to complete your change management program. Using the results of the previous work for this project (previous assignments), create a PowerPoint presentation including the following:

1. Discuss the option for completing the change reorganization to ensure that the change will be maintained as an ongoing activity in the organization.  
2. Determine methods of evaluation you would recommend to complete the change-management reorganization and your rationale for why you would use these methods of evaluation.

Be sure to include outside research, and support your recommendations with cited material.

The recommendations may be used individually, combined, and/or implemented in a time line.
