Contracts are essential to the function of any business organization. Without clear and enforceable contractual rights and obligations commerce would fail to function efficiently. There are many laws and governing bodies that are involved with creating and enforcing contracts, and many different sets of criteria that need to be met in order to deem a contract legal.
• Describe a contract that you signed in the past over which a conflict arose.
• What was the basic contract?
• What was the principal dispute?
• How was it resolved?
