• Identify the typical phases of a project life cycle and the processes used in each phase.
• Identify and explain one of the tools and techniques used in project scheduling, (examples, Gantt chart, Network Diagrams, WBS, PERT, CPM) and explain how it can be used to manage or control the project schedule.
