Please review the unit Readings and Resources about biases and the four goals of anti-bias education (ABE).  The 4 goals are: 1) Identity, 2) Diversity, 3) Justice, and 4) Activism.  

1. Describe one example of a hidden teacher bias. 
2. Identify one ABE goal and explain how you can use the goal to help mitigate the bias.
3. Discuss challenges that teachers need to overcome to achieve anti-bias education goals within early childhood settings.
