1. Develop three effective goals that can help as you plan to improve educational effectiveness and student achievement. Be sure to propose 1-2 benchmarks, which are data points that help you know that you are meeting your goals.
2. Analyze the goals and how they will be monitored to track achievement.
3. Determine what data will be tracked to better decide if efforts are producing results.
4. Use two sources to support your writing.
