Recall that the purpose of this assignment is to participate in a single-subject study that makes use of concepts from CBT and DBT. Because CBT and DBT are both evidence-based theories, both require objective measurements to show the impact of an intervention. You will also relate your experiences to the national standards for the Association for Specialists in Group Work and show how your experience relates to the human services profession.
