The purpose of this assignment is to analyze both the vision statement and mission statement for various companies to determine how these statements guide leadership practices within organizations. 

The vision statement reflects a desired future state worthy of pursuing, while the mission statement is what is done almost daily to eventually realize the vision. 

Select two organizations, each with a vision statement and a mission statement. One organization should profess to practice servant leadership and the other should practice a standard leadership model.
