1) As technology and social media become more the norm, people often reach out to others virtually, rather than in person. Can connections and community in the early childhood learning environment be built virtually? Cite research to support your position.

2)As an educator, how can you view the diversity of your students and families as an asset, as opposed to an obstacle or complication? How would you help a colleague see that differences in culture, language, ability, and experiences can enrich the learning community? How will you advocate for the diverse needs of the students and families you work with?
