After viewing the videos and reading the textbook chapters, use terms and concepts from the textbook and videos to write three paragraphs (one answering each of the questions below):

2. Share an experience where technology either positively or negatively impacted communication climate.
3. What best practices can be adopted to ensure that digital communication maintains a positive climate?
