• This paper will look at trends in sustainable practices in the food and beverage industry and examine two international destinations, one in the United States and another (in Africa or Asia or Europe or Australia) and how each responds to such trends leading to an analysis of their differences and the cause of their differences.  One of the components that this paper will also focus on is agricultural practices.
