What groups of clients served by your agency might potentially feel positive and negative about your agency and why? For example, a survivor of domestic violence living in a shelter for battered women may have negative feelings about a 7:30 pm curfew because she may feel that as an adult, she should not have a curfew.  On the other hand, she might feel positive because her basic needs are being met by the shelter.
