“We do not serve diverse clients at this agency.”

“Clients of color tend to go to agencies that focus on their specific needs rather than coming to us.”

“It shouldn’t matter if we hire employees that are mostly white."

“Handicapped people expect accommodations that are not reasonable, and we cannot provide those services.”
