Reno is a trainer with the special forces who has recently been hired by the airport to assess physical training needs and the health of TSA officers. Some of his workers are former military and suffer from PTSD. He needs to recruit excellent workers, develop an incentive pay for performance structure, and create longevity of employment with this new endeavor.
