1. Review the marking criteria and rubric on Moodle.
2. The Selection: Identify 3 leadership ‘a-ha’ moments. You may choose widely as long as the items are meaningful, and you can clearly explain the significance of each.
3. The Incidents: Provide a brief account of each a-ha moment. Some context, what the realisations were, what triggered them, and anything you’ve done differently as a result.
4. The Pattern: What connection (if any) is there between your realisations and broader themes of your leadership practice? How do these moments relate Assignment 1 and Assignment 2?
5. Your Plan: Identify 2 or 3 aspects of leadership you would like to improve. Articulate a goal in relation to each of the aspects chosen.
6. Edit your report so it is written in appropriate business English and presented in business report format.
