The purpose of this assignment is for you to learn about the school’s Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP). Every school should have a CIP; however, some may be more comprehensive than others. Additionally, this assignment will allow you to consider how the school’s stakeholders interpret the effect of the CIP on the school’s culture and climate. For example, does the CIP support the needs of the school from the stakeholders’ perspectives? Is everyone aware of the CIP, and do they contribute, as applicable, to its success?

Coordinate with your principal mentor and review your internship school's current CIP and most recent needs assessment.

In 250-500 words, analyze and evaluate ways in which the CIP has addressed the needs outlined in the needs assessment, the degree to which the improvement actions have been embedded in the school culture and climate, and how the plan has been shared with all stakeholders. Additionally, analyze the alignment between the CIP and its implementation with the school’s vision and mission statements.

APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
