Reflect on the topics of freedom of expression and privacy inside and outside of your current or former workplace setting, and consider the following two questions.

1. Should a current or prospective employer have a right to investigate your posts on social media and make job-related determinations based upon what has been posted? Would you consider that an invasion of right to privacy? Why, or why not?
2. Do you believe a company has a right to impose negative consequences regarding limiting an employee’s freedom of expression even when not at work? Why, or why not? Please share examples to support your answer.
3. Your journal entry must be at least 200 words in length. No references or citations are necessary
