   The Final Evaluation is a paper. Write10 pages research paper following APA format. Make sure to include Title Page, Abstract, Body, Conclusion, and References (minimum 5). Do not forget to add citations/quotations.
   The  paper will be based on online research from any Healthcare Organization such as local hospital, clinic, facility, or healthcare institution.
   The paper should include the following requirements:

   2. System integration
   3. Corporate structure
   4. Legal entities (incorporated vs. unincorporated)
   5. Statement of operations (financial status)
   6. Workforce information (number of employees, positions, etc)
   7. Services offered
   8. Technology utilized
   9. Facility design
   10. Ambulatory care services
   11. Emergency operations plan structure
   12. Materials management strategy and design
   13. Patient safety data (errors, adverse events, sentinel events)
   14. Joint Commissions accredited?
   15. Process improvement plans
   16. Insurance plans accepted and health plans offered
   17. Billing and collection process
   18. Summary of lessons learned (what does the student like about the Healthcare Organization and what would you change as an Administrator)
