Interview and/or have conversations with three (3) individuals from distinct cultural backgrounds different from your own. Within the interview discuss the aspects of their culture that impact their daily lives, such as communication, stereotyping, discrimination, etc.

In 300 to 500 words, write a report that addresses the following: 

• Your perceptions of each individual from that culture prior to your interview or conversation with them.
• How have they integrated their cultural identities into their family, social, and professional lives?
• If they are from another country, what is their perception of Americans?
• How does this new experience inform your understanding of leadership within diverse communities?
