Specifically, we would like letters from any colleagues (with at least your level of nursing certification) attesting to your competence as a nurse. These letters should identify the writer and their credentials (at least RN, and better Nurse Manager, NP or MD), their opportunity to observe your clinical performance (amount of time and in what capacity) and describing their positive assessment of your competence. Please submit these letters to us via the client portal as soon as possible
