Reflect on the leadership theories presented in Ch 2, “The Leadership Equation” in Connect.

Create a comparison chart for at least 3 leadership theories to prepare for your Week 4 Summative Assessment. You will use this information to select leadership theories and approaches to support organizational change that aligns to your chosen organization’s mission and values next week.

Include as much detail as you can in your chart so that each leadership theory is fully explained. Refer to the grading rubric. You might look ahead to week 4 as this assignment will support the week 4 assignment.

Prepare as if you were presenting it to the Senior Leadership Team of your company.

Hint: Autocratic, Democratic and Laissez-Faire are all styles within the Behavioral Theory and are not complete leadership theories by themselves.
