1. Our text outlines in Table 1.1 many factors affecting public expectations for business behavior! Each factor is subsequently treated in the text that follows.  (PLEASE see attached for Table) 

First, of those outlined choose one you believe is most prevalent in today’s environment and summarize its crux, concluding with your proposed remedy/fix!!  

Second, I am interested in your critical analysis of the author’s narrative! What did they omit germane to the factor?

2. As business learners, we’re all familiar Congress has purview over commerce! Accordingly, please explain, when, where, how, who and what tool and/or legislation, was enacted between the period 1929 – 2016 that is perhaps the most seminal measure to prevent, dissuade or mitigate corporate scandal.
