Please go over the Chapter 6 Ethics Guide (Page 176-177) “ERP Estimation” and based on the

case answer the following questions.

Q1. Was Todd ethical in his actions? Use both the categorical imperative (page 20) and

utilitarianism (page 40) in your answer. (minimum 1 page) (25 points)

Q2. What would you do if you were Todd’s boss? How does this change your management of

Todd in the future? (minimum 1 page) (25 points)

Q3. What is the difference between inappropriate rationalization and justification? Please
