In a 3-5-minute video, provide a professional development workshop for your colleagues about how to differentiate two research-based literacy development strategies. You may use strategies from the presentation you created in the previous topic. Demonstrate how these two research-based literacy development strategies could be differentiated for:

• Students above grade level
• Students below grade level
• English language learners
• Unmotivated students
• How differentiation fosters human flourishing

You can select any method for video sharing (i.e., You Tube). Support your findings with 3-5 scholarly resources. Submit your reference page along with the link to your video.
