The three constraints project managers work within are budget, scope, and schedule. Each of these constraints could be the most important to the end-user. Describe what a project manager must do to balance the tradeoffs within these three elements in order to achieve success. Success most often means reducing cost, shortening the delivery time, and producing the highest quality result.

Also, discuss with your classmate's possible solutions to this problem.

In economics, the assumption of maximization of profit explains behavior of firm.  Profit is defined as total revenue minus total cost and profit is maximized at the level of production where total revenue exceeds total cost by the largest margin.  At what level of production would firm profit be maximized?  Would profit be maximized by producing the optimal output or the maximum output?

Define Stress. Distinguish between positive and negative stress. Based on the content and outside research, describe a police department program that can be implemented to reduce stress.  If you were the police chief, what would be your prime concerns involving police stress?
