The human resources management plan should include the following elements:

1. List  of all Project Members. The project manager should list all the project  team members who have been acquired to work on the project team. A  brief introduction to each member will help the project manager to learn  more about each member and help the project team to learn about each  other. 
2. Detail  the Roles and Responsibilities of the Team Members. All roles and  responsibilities should be defined in this section. This could include  the specific tasks each member is assigned to any management roles, and  team embers dependencies of reporting.
3. Project  Organizational Chart. The project organizational chart will depict each  team member, responsibilities in various project activity categories,  and reporting dependencies. 
4. Staffing Management Plan – The staffing management plan will include the following information:
   1. How the team will be required.
   2. Timeline for each team member and his or involvement
   3. Training required for each team member
   4. How performance reviews will be conducted
   5. Recognition and reward systems
